Flat hierarchy, fun to work, Salary on time

Dislikes

No job security, regular layoffs without intimation, and no transparency from the upper management about goal setting. Hire and fire policy, salary has been reduced in the name of cost-cutting. Worst company policies like the PDP plan in which they decide to terminate the bottom 10% of employees each month even if they achieve targets and do their work properly. It is obvious that the bottom 10% will surely have some names, simple maths !! Stop the mental torture of your dedicated employees and conduct mental health webinars on the other hand !!!!
