There is no Job security same as companies like byjus etc.. You might just wake up tomorrow and come to know that you have been fired. With no warning and notice you are out. The company culture is the worst, no body cares about any one they are just there to grow at your expense. how to screw others to rise is the philosophy of better.com. Do chose to work for this company if you want to regret every day of your life and commit suicide.

Work culture and company policies are awesome. Management is also supportive. Very good compansation for entry level positions, above the market standards.

Dislikes

Work is a bit monotonous. They are giving above standard salary for entry level work, so when you'll try to switch, you won't get good hike easily. Permanent night shift.

The People whom I work with were very good and supportive. Compensation and benefits were also good.

There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.

I like my team which was always helpful, compensation was good enough to be happy as well.

It's a worst company in terms of Job security, the management is worthless as they will assure you time to time your job is secure but you will be kicked out without any notice. It's a profit based company which won't think about the welfare of employees. If you don't have anything to do then please join this company to ruin your career.
