They will give you a very handsome amount of salary, even if you are a fresher.

Even the freshers get the same amount of package and I am sure it is very difficult to get lower amount once you have worked on a good package. The management was not at all transparent with employees and we were laid off just with a pop up message on the window that : You have been removed from Better I really can not explain you the feeling. I am amazed that they are still hiring people from out side however, they were unable to keep the employees who had such good performance. Also if the business was on boom for that short notice they could have hired people on contractual basis. The organization should really work on the management part as it is really pathetic. They check your stability where in they are them self not very stable. NO STARS AT ALL :( From a very frustrated employee.

Excellent compensation. I joined during Pandemic which helped me a lot during troubled times

Dislikes

No career growth. No scope of learning new skills. Analyst job position has not worked in my favor. Also, higher management is not very far-sighted. If overhiring would not have been done, Company would have grown to be a great organization.

Better pay scale to lure the people. On time salary Goodies, gift and some good events for employees engagement. Work is tooo monotonous.

No proper promotion procedure Office politics is on the floor If you are not manager favourite - No Promotion If you don't go to party with manager - No Promotion Less skilled people leading the skilled people just because they have good connection with management

The People whom I work with were very good and supportive. Compensation and benefits were also good.

Dislikes

There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.
