There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.

The company culture is the worst, no body cares about any one they are just there to grow at your expense. how to screw others to rise is the philosophy of better.com. Do chose to work for this company if you want to regret every day of your life and commit suicide.
