Salary pay on time company culture is very good the boss is this company very nice person

This company not pay Bonus, no increment every year when pay increment after 3-4 years 3 to 4 ℅ do not contribute PF other wise all is well.

I hade love to work for a company that open values it employees and celebrated there achievement. In one of my previous position, management encouraged us to support and praise each other, which led to positive and motivating environment.

The team members were good and helpful. The work load was okay.

There is no hierarchy followed. There is no increment or salary hike. The management will shift you to the client site without even informing you. There is no work life balance at all.

Only the colleagues I have worked with and to mention the post resignation process. Fortunately, I got to work for one of the reputed client which have added value to my profile.

The work culture is very poor and don't expect for something like appraisal or salary hike no matter how much you contribute.
