Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Coordination between owner and staff is good . Staff accommodation is top in hotel industry . Staff food is great. Staff requirements in related to resort Alloway's provide by owner. Over all work experience is nice in my life in hotel industry..

Management is not proper like a star as star resort ... Please improve management like hotel industry . Staff Duty and make always duty roster and improve chance to staff skill . Monthly take all staff meeting and guide staff how to improve work skill and improve her quality ...
