Working for them means you are bonded labour and they have full rights to treat you as per there wish. No health insurance if so, just to fool you. Production point: No quality check point.

Poor management Arrogant senior staff During audits you have to stay in company for extra hours most Probably double shift. Sometimes you have to stay for continuous 3 working days in the company. Money and production oriented company doesn't consider quality of products.

They want everything immediately no patience, have no experience in marketing , no support , disorganised, lack of experience, don't want to listen field staff feedback and react, no job security hold expenses, unprofessional behaviour by director, poor quality of work culture and gps tracking for every Dr call
