Once This company was known for their best incentive plan in their happening culture, uniform,rock on parties and appraisals. But now incentive plan is Terrible. They don't want their front end people to grow. They only invest on windows props. And other events for area profile people. All the seniors got appraisal in any month of the year. But front end people have to wait for August. But we get 'chindi' appraisal. I have given approx 5 years to this company but I got only 1500rs appraisal. I have told my managers and HR regarding this issue but they just ask about the ly sales data.. tumhara store hi perform nahi kr rhe toh staff ghanta perform krega??? Itna bekar performance lgta hai toh nikala kyu nahi.. Kaam krwaoge bhar bhar k, paisa mangne aao toh Ly data mangte ho!!!

HR se interview ke time pr hi mang lena jitni salary mangni ho.. 30-35k bhi dete hai ab ye, hm 17-18 me kaam kr re hai ab tk.. Isliye starting me hi mang lena kyu ki baad me appraisal nahi hoga kch bhi.. Beshak kitna perform kro.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

They isolate you and Gaslight you to work like a slave and get more sales than market demands, unethically and unprofessional y run company. They may fire you tomorrow if one of their relatives ego gets hurt. Family run company with deep ego and no human sentiments. It may seem like and marketed like their boss is an humanitarian, but he runs on greed. People do business for profits, but what they have is more than greed. You may lie or scam people, if you achieve and earn more money for the boss, you are a knight in the company and they give Pay Salary to you like you didn't work for it. Not a good company to work for people with integrity.
