It may seem like and marketed like their boss is an humanitarian, but he runs on greed. People do business for profits, but what they have is more than greed. You may lie or scam people, if you achieve and earn more money for the boss, you are a knight in the company and they give Pay Salary to you like you didn't work for it. Not a good company to work for people with integrity.

Too much politics between played by managers against staff .No respect for associates and sr associates unnecessary things going on floor ..stupid steps taken by manager .no salary increment no designation increment....only hard work they expect no rewards towards hard work
