Good place to work . If you have a talent that you will definitely grow. I didn't see any negative vibes at work place.

This company have zero work culture, full of politics and dumb peoples in managerial position. If you are a fresher then don't expect to grow from this company and also forget about getting any personal times even of weekends. They ll make you work 24*7 which is difficult with dumb peoples around. You ll be jailed for 3 to 4 years in this company and they wouldn't leave you from this company without giving trouble in relieving letters. If you are experienced with or without gap in between, then pls stay away from this company. Else you ll loose your self respect.

3 yrs bond is a big draw back. Even after 3 yrs there is no easy way to relive from this company. No projects for the employees to grow in career. If you are fresher and eager to learn then please don't choose this company. You would be trapped for 3yrs and your friends would be far ahead of you.. If you are a experienced employee with some self respect, then pls stay away from this company!! They use very cheap politics and no respect to the employees. Hikes are terrible. They won't settle final amounts to anyone. They even made some ppl to write positive comments about them in glassdoor and Google review. Companies like this must be banned. They are using young ppl career for their own stakes.
