Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company is not giving salary. From the month of February to till date we haven't got the salary. Their is also no provision of online classes. Institute is closed and we are at home without any work and salary.

Their is no team spirit at bestech solutions. Before lockdown salary was delayed by 18 to 20 days but after lockdown their is no salary.
