They will train you with ample learning opportunity for banking and financial industry which is one of the key master field in today's software industry. Job security is also a key point. Would be enable the person to learn the best banking software used worldwide.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. Person owned company hence it would be very much difficult to manage something from employee prospective. Business expansion is a key concern.

Company is too much good but there some some senior behaviour are diffenciate to North Indian employees like ( Bihar,uattar Pradesh, Kolkata...) They are going first preference only own relative . Company CEO "SUGNA MAM" she is never differencat between north and south. She is really very honest person and always listening problem to every employee and try to give best solution...
