Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Compensation is decent, but growth is so slow. The pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in day without any compensation allowance. Seniors do not give any value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. Mr. Pankaj Sachdev (Finance Head) is also expert to presenting your negative thought in right way to everyone. His man is totally culprit. if you want to leave that company for future demand, So he will never accepted your resignation and never paid your salary. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is a pain some time.
