Power is only in one hand, you are not free to work independently. Management not believe on you, just believe in what they want to believes. Only work, not any other activities. Treating there staff like labours.

Ownership skills are weak but management is handholding and giving trainings to come out as future leaders.

You can grow yourself bcz you will work with much more under pressure and nobody will help you to solve any problem. Only you will solve your problem one last thing teammates are not good.
