There is Development and advancement which conducts various events for grooming employees skills for future roles. I can say working at Berkadia is about developing yourself and getting access to plenty of knowledge in the US mortgage industry.

Compensation is not satisfactory but we do have job satisfaction and a stress free work, People are considerate.

There is no restriction on what you wear if you're in night shift. Good company if you're starting your career.

Office politics is extreme. Difference between fixed and CTC is huge, which explains how bad the salary structure is and you'll be forced to work, but still won't get it all as mentioned. Its a circus.

Our team is not good managing work life balance because we have have huge team of 40 members. And no proper collaboration. But the other teams are good. There is a lot to learn from berkadia
