Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
