Salary of old people is nothing and salary of new people is more when same positions and same diploma

Majorly, there is no cut in basic salary in the period of pandemic. Moreover, we were asked to do market visit early to tackle pathatas compare to other companies of the sector with proper precautions and that is quite obvious due to not so good presence in our region.

Work culture is not good, lot of internal politics, work ethics no to be followed . thinking long term but not able to execute . Only manager level have the benefits and growth is real slow.

1- work life balance is zero 2- no flexible hours 3- compensation is pathetic in comparison to other companies 4- alot of pressure 5- politics on upper lever 6- Bill support

A worst organisation to work with, no security of your money like salary, travel expense. A worst and no cooperative management in rajasthan. No HR policies for employee. Seniors will not support they will rule you.
