Their is nothing I can say good about it. 90% are good peoples they even destroyed by those of 10% bad people, internal conflicts and politics is common on regular bases, these people ruin the whole environment. Even Company's head sometimes involved in it

Inside politics is so damn, no respect to the employ, no professionalism, no job security, no salary appraisal, no promotion, even salary is to low. 90% employees work for 12k-15k, 5% work for 15k-20k, 3% work for 20k-30k, 1% work for 30k-40k, the top 1% I can not calculate

Low salary, no appreciation, provide salaries very late, no promotion for actually deserving and hard working people, toxic work culture for devoted employees but best for lethargic and stupid one's
