...you that .. Ye log kehte hai graduate k liye 3.5 LPA and Post Graduate k liye 3.96 LPA salary hai. Aur krte kya hai 4 months ka to Inka training type hota hai jisme 15500 Rs dete hai . Aur Interview to Aisa karate hai hai jaise crore ki naukri denge 4-5 Round Executive profile ke liye. Itna to big MNCs bhi nhi karati executive profile ke liye. 4 Post k liye 40-50 candidates recruit krte hai ye log aur ye kisi ko nhi pta ki select 4 ko karte ya kisi 1 ko. Chahiye inko best me best but paise me 30-33k tak khtm. Wo v 4 months to aadhe se Kam me jayega. Isse accha Genpact join kar lo 1-2 Round interview hai. 18k salary and after 6 months switch kr do 30k easily mil jayega.

...r my experience..Good work environment and culture and mangement is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only the companies management is extremely good, I am not trying to balance out my review here, It's just what it is. There will be work-life balance unless you live far away from there office in Noida, then you won't even have work-life balance and there is no work pressure

The company does false advertising or hiring for the role of Data Scientist with AL/Ml as a requirement. Data Scientist that work here(look over the companies Linkedin Page) have no idea about ML/AI. The work here for Data Science does not include anything related to Ml/AI pipeline. The company has incompetent and wannabe professional working very very hard to their intellectual limits. There is no Learning of any sort. IF YOU ARE DATA ANALYST OR DATA SCIENCE ASPIRANT, EVEN A RESEARCH ANALYST with TECHNICAL INTERSECTION. THIS FIRM IS A BIG NO. I am not trying to defame them, the firm offers a good career opportunity if you want to go into non-tech with E-commerce or BDA. But there is no TECHNICAL INTERSECTION. I would recommend MBA graduates to work here as a fresher. BUT NOT FOR DATA SCIENCE OR DATA ANALYST ASPIRANT(the company advertises for a Data Science role).

Work timing are flexible. This is our company USP. Employee friendly policy and rules of the organization.

Dislikes

Politics. Not fired the employee for illegal activity. Not fair wages paid, eg- one employee getting 2% hike so other employee is getting 37% hike.
