Proprietor is very very much cheater and full of bad manners. He deducted PF & ESI from salary of every worker as well be official staff but not deposited the same to the department . No fixed date of salary. No leave , no proper duty time.

Didn't got even my salary, for which I have already work hard. They says company don't have enough fund.

Dislikes

Each and everything thing. No work Culture, Owner interfairs directly, each and every work. All he do is shouting, and humiliating. Dont let to do work, n finally he shouts again for job delay. Don't know what he whats itself, he is a Psycho patient, living on pills.
