Inwas working in benteler as setter, shift boss,I have robotic experience programing, troubleshooting. Fixture adjustment as per gauge, cmm I had worked with different projects like (VW skoda,vento polo) Ford eco sports My latest project was skoda kushaq, taigon... I was working in project for development , I left company befor 3 moths But in future if I want to joint again in our benteler then in our policy it's not possible so I don't like this if I had worked 12 years ... so benteler should give again joining ..

Benteler is my 1st organisation. Benteler is always good .every time a new updated systems is installed in a new project CLEAN ENVIRONMENTS , FIFO LINES, AND BENTELER ALWAYS CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND ALWAYS GUARANTEE NO COMPROMISES IN QUALITY

Great work life balance. The work environment is incredibly friendly and supportive. Colleagues are approachable and collaborative, making every day enjoyable and motivating. Leadership promotes a positive culture where feedback is encouraged, and growth is nurtured.

Dislikes

One area for improvement could be the training sessions. While the company provides a great atmosphere, enhancing skill development opportunities through more robust and frequent training programs would add significant value to employees’ growth.

Likes

Only gud thing is that plant managment is supportive. There is no liking about the BD role here. BD team works here on BU principle. Where there is less connections with plant, although you are the plant employee only, but there will always be fight between BU and Plant. BU HOD is not able to maintain good repo with plant Management and not suitable for the sales role. BU HOD dont understand the basics of the role and plant expectations.

Dislikes

You need to travel alot for reaching to office, takes lot of time, no work life balance, no commute facility. Working hours are too long 9.5 Hrs + travel time = 12 Hrs. Policies are not employee friendly. HOD is incapable. BU HOD takes the advantage of his position
