...npaid leave. Hence our jobs were secured even though we were on unpaid leave. The negative point is that they are paying half of the salary to the ones who are working.

There's lack of work-life balance. Internal politics shouldn't be present in startups which we can see in Bent Chair. Growth becomes stagnant.

The owner is too much involved and can fire anybody anytime, and she make too much pressure on employees for no reason, she scalled at employees every time, the employee are like too much afraid of her, people don't want to come infront of owner Natasha Jain, She is a thankless person i have ever seen, If the employee did not make any mistake even then also she make fund of employees and scalled at them. She always think she is right, Hr's of bentchair are not for employees they are only for owner, Hrs Never took stand if the employee is 200% right. I worked there around 3 years and in these 3 years i think around 120 to 150 people Left the jobs and same are hired, so this is not a good sign for company. Company is not growing, because management is not understanding that where is the problem, that's it.
