Management practices are poor. No proper planning, No work life balance. If you got experienced, they need you to take care of all the work in the entire development life cycle.

It is hard to work in the political environment. Dev team member will cheat the CEO. He is not technical guy. Always they will not to inform if any new release on the code change. Totally waste experience
