Your ideas are stolen, No respect for the new idea from employee, No teamwork, No connection with anyone. Just managing corporate life on false perception building than actual work. In my case, my company Implemented my idea but I was thrown out of the company

Traveling is easier for me as it is relatively close to my house. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. At the time of hiring shown a big picture but nothing is as per the commitment which was made. Overall just dealing with it till the time I can. No job satisfaction at all.

Good work life balance and opportunities to grow. Can get platform if you have skills and ability.

...nd promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.

Good environment People who are looking for no stress, no much work profile, just 10-6 don’t use ur brains, relaxed u can work and go Don’t expect any knowledge improvement

...t Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job

It is fine working here but the overall rating about this company is average.you can feel safe here but in terms of salary , benifits and work life balance it is not a good choice.
