Job Switch Advice
Hi Everyone,
I am currently working in Times of India Group as an Assistant Manager in Mumbai. Its only been 9 months and also its my first job. But the work culture and growth opportunities, both are bad. They dont value freshers at all. Its like rather than working as a marketing guy, i am working in operations and there is nothing to learn. Please help me with any advice or referrals if possible because it is really frustrating everyday to go to office and do nothing/ learn nothing. Your feedback will be valuable.
