It is fine working here but the overall rating about this company is average.you can feel safe here but in terms of salary , benifits and work life balance it is not a good choice.

Earlier it was value driven and corporate culture company but now a days it is terrible for employees

...per his/her wish and though policy is there but no HR intervention is effective. Employees are sacked/ transferred, salary cut happens arbitrarily, employees are pushed at the corner by his boss who humiliates, etc.

Good work life balance and opportunities to grow. Can get platform if you have skills and ability.

Dislikes

...nd promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.

Good environment People who are looking for no stress, no much work profile, just 10-6 don’t use ur brains, relaxed u can work and go Don’t expect any knowledge improvement

...t Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job

Flexible timings, health insurance, festival celebrations, air conditioned office., easy access to transports, restaurants, park, gym. Everyday a new challenge.

Dislikes

No proper increment, low salary, no appreciation, no professional growth in Admin, rest all functions are good.
