Company's policy for employees' care. Overall work culture is very good. It will inculcate a sense of pride while working at BCCL.

Dislikes

Promotions and compensation. There is so much disparity in compensation. for the same work profile some is getting x amount and someone is else is getting 4x amount. Lots of preferential treatment in fixing compensation and promotions. You have to be someone's (the one who matters) favorite, otherwise you will be stagnant. The work pressure is also very-very high.

Colleagues are helpful. Hiring managers are good. Facilities are good. Average salary hike.

Dislikes

Bureaucratuc structure. Huge work pressure. No skill enhancement program for vernaculars. Induction programme is futile because nobody seems to be interested in knowing the mission and vision of the organisation.

One of the largest media in India. They always offer a handsome compensation and most I like their professional approach. They always welcome people who once left the company with good work reputation.

...nd promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.

...t Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job
