I am a working mom and It is not easy to work here as their is no personal life left working here. Neither their is any motivation from the seniors. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.
