...e CEO, office politics are rife and can result in a lack of support and justice. The lack of scheduled weekends off, arbitrary terminations, and stagnant pay are further factors that contribute to a depressing work environment. The atmosphere is even more depressing by the refusal of leaves. HR turns a blind eye, making complaints pointless, while the accountant, Akshay Naik, engages in despicable behaviour, degrading female employees and encouraging prejudice. The company's acclaimed awards are even more suspicious, as they seem to have been bought rather than earned, tearing down the façade of success.
