Head Office Staff behavior is good. Asansol Operation Head is good his behavior is allso good.

Dislikes

Managers are enjoying there life full of freedom because you doing there work. Managers duty schedule is fixed you rotate your shift for help managers. Lots of pending work limited persons are doing there work as serious. When you complain H.O for managers behavior he said "it is quite normal" H.R said "don't waist your time you have a great atmosphere of growth" . If you want my opinion never join Bengal Shristi as a accountant, manager, finance, electrical, civil, mechanical engineer post .
