...all it was a good experience. Monday to Saturday duty from 9.30 to 6.00 evening. Salary on time. Not abnormal work load. Internal politics are huge.

Dislikes

Engineering department is the most unimportant department here.

Work environment was good.salary/appraisal and travel experiences are very good .Timely payment of salaries and other benefits.

Dislikes

Working with inexperienced management was horrible. Lot of politics. For them personal benefits by illegal means was important least bothered about the project. Their main aim was to sell the land acquired from the state.

Cultural activities , involvement of the staff about project development, management and to improve work culture.picnic and celebrations on auspecious occasions. Great experience while working for a short period at BAPL.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
