Benepik is good for Freshers to learn Skills and have hands on expertise in the same. I guess you'll not find any Organiztion with such cooperative team. On job Training is also provided.

Salary is below Average. Career gwoth is very slow. Notice period is 2-3 Months. No facality of EPF.

The organization will give you multiple challenges when it comes to roles and responsibilities so that one can brain storm and groom himself/herself. There are always scope for progress but one must be enthusiastic enough.

The company culture where employees had to serve nine to ten hours shiftds a day and also not really supportive culture towards the employees like in the second wave of covid lockdown we had to report office regularly.

Benepik provides a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The leadership team is approachable, and there are ample learning opportunities, especially for freshers and interns. I had the chance to work on innovative projects, which helped enhance my technical skills. The office culture encourages personal growth, and team members are always supportive.
