Work culture is over all good but if you need to clear some things in starting it's good.

Lack of support from the HR All little thing need to approval due to that process getting slow. Once you joined after that there is an no communication from senior They needs only result but they don't invest any activity. Don't advertise the brand it's getting now lack of the retail.

Most dislike is being in the Marketing department. Nothing to learn. Just work like a office boy. Pathetic department and most worst part was reporting to a person who says HOD-Marketing LOL!! Hes lacks communication especially English & Hindi. Full of negativity and poor body language. But still screams all the time at the team members.

Work environment is very bad. It's not an OEM. it's just an distribution team. Everything is very bad.

In ethical and in professional behavior to the employee. They are failing to fulfill the basic requirement to the employees

It's a Italian motorcycle company and it was good time working in there buts it's very new in market so it's take so much time to know about benelli to the public. ✌

It's china Italian motorcycle cycle company. Few months ago china has bought the benelli.. You can google upon it.
