Bosses are extremely good, helpful & genuine. Colleagues are very cooperative. Working environment is like a family.

Dislikes

...not strong, growth within the company is limited. No casual leave or sick leave. Salary is calculated based on hours of working. If someone is 5min late, 5min's salary is also deducted.tea

Nothing just Nothing. I don't like anything in that organization firstly they will treat you very well as a fresher your first stripen will be only 2k but in t4 you have to write 10k which they never going to pay. So my experience was worst

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
