It's a sevice based company with three development teams in .Net,PHP and Mobile app development teams.Get exposure to new technologies like Angular 7,Web API 2.0 etc.Regularly celebration and fun activites happened at work place especially common cake cutting at the last working day of end of the month.Values you if knowledgeable.Trip to new place once in every year.Annual Day party.Every day challenging work to do.Good Appraisal more than 5k.

... pm to 10:30 am-10:30 pm every day.Two hours of daily scrum with minimal output.Very less starting package to freshers 3000/month.

The like my team with whom I am completing the projects. All the team members including seniors are so helpful. They provide continuous assistance and guidance throughout the year. Several training programs are held to nurture the skills of employees.

Sometimes the workload is very high especially during the submission dates of the projects.

I am satisfied with the support from Benchmark. My skills in PHP framework and Dot Net framework have skyrocketed in this company by working on multiple projects. I really want to mention here the senior's support has been instrumental in my growth.

Sometimes there is work pressure to meet the project deadlines otherwise it is a great place to work.

Have had the best time of my career. Started as an executive and it lead to being a Manager in 5 years. Growth is exponential if you are good at what you do. Overall management is very kind and supportive.

Every company has its drawbacks but I'm glad Benchmark is on the right path to becoming a desirable organization.

The best part I like is work-life balance. The workplace culture offers great learning opportunities. I found the work culture and employee welfare to be better than in most places.
