Employer behaviour towards employees excellent. Every steps he guides us . Salary on particular date without fail. Increment and incentives are as per market norms. Colleagues are cooperative and office environment is very good.

...try timing need to be change. Want little bit more grace time period for entry . Otherwise salary got deducted

Very low culture, nothing is good. There are provided very low salary. No proper office in time, official time 10:30 but some old employees not reached on time if you reached on time wait outside side in office and camera all light still not on.Don't waste your time.

Work environment is good especially Dibyendu sir, Rinki Ma'am,Subrata sir ,Oli ma'am. They are very supportive and their behaviour towards other junior employees are very humble. I am totally satisfied working with them.
