Traveling police is good. directors are excellent people. learnt so much.

No job security, very less increments for present working people but they give good package new joiners. work environment is very harmful with RMs. directors are very excellence but they trust RMs only. these peoples are playing politics for them self only. I worked for company because of i learnt so much.

Working hours is very good, All team members are very helpful. Timely get salary and high incentive.

Really i am very happy with work in benfranklin( Eyegear Optics India private limited) there is no dislike button for this company.

...Management both are very Bad in this Company. No one is co-operative or Helpful. You will be treated like a Machine & will be forced to do Job even after working hours too and at the time of salary no extra time payout will be given. Co. Management treats you like they are doing favour by giving you salary.

Dislikes

As a Business Development Manager Manager can make fake promises after you will feel disappointed. Even HR is also not helpful at all they would say talk to your manager everytime or If at conference call if your manager is found at guilty No one will take step against him while a step against you will be taken immediately if There is minor mistake of yours. Even they make false promises to DRs. Drs too are not satisfied with them after association, they make Big promises or shows big profits to the Drs but after association with the Hospital their work or sale is pathetic. From Top to Bottom all management is very partial. No Job security,No promotion, No family life, No work ethics.

Good environment, colleague are supportive.

cost cutting every year. Lot of politics which will not be discussed and it is my personal experience. I have been asked by management to releive from duties when I am pregnant which is not as per law.

There is no any kind of compensation the work pressure is very high and some time to work 10- to -11 hour some of state like Madhya pradesh region is not doing good work. because here is management is too bad and rm not supporting, so conclusion is that should be change RM of MP. region. to growth Madhy pradesh counter sale, thank's
