There is nothing to like about belvalkar housing.

... is 0 You don't get appraisal... No promotion.. Working culture is worst... Salary is never done on time... It doesn't matter if you are stuck in traffic due to heavy rain.. You have to reach office on time Or you will marked late.. They know how to deduct your salary.. But never give increment for your hard work...

You will learn lot of new things ans they will give you chance to learn new things.

Dislikes

There is lot of partiality between new comers and the old ones you will not get any kind of benefit even you work hard there is strict rules regarding timings

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
