...t big cities newcomers have to work in poor cities with no power food and water.Boss doesn't even know employees they give good hike and bonus every year but too much politics.

Career growth is slow you have to work in poor village type city atleast 3-4 year .once you reach to city no communication with HO like they put you in garbage have to manage all things yourselves.Job training is too long of 15-20 days lot of racism is their BDM/HR is Belgian citizen so totally hate asian people.

The only thing i like about beltexco is the name which comes under Rawji group which is a hundred year old company.

Dislikes

1. The h.r Catherine she is an uncultured woman who does rude behaviour with all the indians working there. Actually she dont have any respect in the head branch thats why she is trying to keep pressure to those sales manager working in other branch. 2. The auditor Priscilla, she is the sister in law of the BDM Pierre barral and she thinks everything is safe for her and nothing will stop her. She only listens music in her office and chatting with her phone. 3. The BDM Pierre barral, intially you will find him a nice and understanding guy but when the time comes these white people show their true faces. He does partiality with the old sales manager and product managers and very much supportive to h.r and audit as they are his left and right hand. He dont appreciate the hard work. He only does what he wants to do.
