Managers, they can’t see any staff getting praised by seniors, they literally *ucked up your mentality that you can’t even greet a guest properly

I don't like the management people ....all are selfish ... They are doing only show up . They don't have humanity... They are thinking only their growth not the company ... How stupid people ..I never seen such kind of managers in my life

There is too much politics between manager and employee that impact other employees and failure of restaurant environment

Bellona company had good reputation in hospitality market but inside management does not justify and stand up to expectation.
