Each and every staffs are helpful . Co-ordination and a great communication u can see when working in icu. After mrng duty each day class for mrng staffs upto 4 o'clock. I learn so many new things there from my senior staffs and sister in charge. 1 yr is memorable for me. I love the fact that i m a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus poiny is my colleagues are from dffrnt culture , and we work happily in collaboration

Environment is familiar. Benefits are quit needful. Supportive stuff who help any problem any time.

Dislikes

No appreciations for any working on daily basis. Salary is too low for the huge work pressure. No Motivational activities about the job.

There is no patience to teach new staff, only those who have previous experience can work here. That's why there are always vacancies here
