Salary is good as compared to unemployed person.

Dislikes

No holiday no weekend..it is only in appointment letter. This site job is for those who aren't married and want only money. You will not get social life as well as job satisfaction.

Toxic manager and taking useless decisions,he torturing employees to work at site Upto his last breath. Didn't bother about anyone's health.very rude and playing politics

There is no rules, guidelines or SOP to follow. Managers don't pick up call of working staff..and they call after 8.30 pm to know all status when reporting is needed

Company may trying to deliver the projects without compromising the quality.

Dislikes

Mismanagement. Nothing has a proper system / process. Here is no HR department. No cooperation in HR related issue. Not a good working environment.
