Plant Manager - he is idiot guy don't have any practical knowledge. He shout on employees openly, he abuse employees in meetings. HR department - admin person is lier she don't know how to follow rules, behave rudely with employees.

Senior Mangement should also see the other side of coin & they should not judge someone based on somebody else's opinion. It might force someone to leave the company.
