Plant Manager - he is idiot guy don't have any practical knowledge. He shout on employees openly, he abuse employees in meetings. HR department - admin person is lier she don't know how to follow rules, behave rudely with employees.

Senior Mangement should also see the other side of coin & they should not judge someone based on somebody else's opinion. It might force someone to leave the company.

My manger is very nice guy to work with and also very knowledgeable person and he is very good at knowledge Sharing, he will try to explain everything without hesitation
