Worst company to work , if you think you are working in bad environment then you will change your mind in few hours after joining this Belchem industries (India) pvt ltd. You will realise be in hellfire. No job security no manners held by top management. Management is one owner and one consultant those two are the management other all are workers only . No safety provided for employees and casual labours . Sometimes they are shortage on hand gloves like basic things

Dislikes

Everything is pathetic in belchem. Just think before joining this company if you think it's fake review then just go and taste the delicacy. Company doesn't have basic facility like water filter.

Plenty to learn about the processes involved in making products.Distillation at high vacuum was good experience to learn.

Dislikes

Pathetic Management.All Employer friendly rules. No safety in plant. Severe manpower crisis.Poor cordination among all departments. Highly Unprofessional company.
