Worst company to work , if you think you are working in bad environment then you will change your mind in few hours after joining this Belchem industries (India) pvt ltd. You will realise be in hellfire. No job security no manners held by top management. Management is one owner and one consultant those two are the management other all are workers only . No safety provided for employees and casual labours . Sometimes they are shortage on hand gloves like basic things

Everything is pathetic in belchem. Just think before joining this company if you think it's fake review then just go and taste the delicacy. Company doesn't have basic facility like water filter.

Everything like management attitude towards employees. Not given respect and care to employees by the owner and higher authority. Never valued their employee, treat like nobody. Horrible culture of blame game

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
