Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.

There are lot opportunities to learn & grow in BEL, Job security is good.

Dislikes

Politics, too much of travel & less DA. Compensation is decent growth is slow. I do receive appreciation fax from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

*'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage

Ontime salary.. Good medical benefits for self n family

No respect for design n development fraternity... No rewards n awards for performance.. Rewards only for those who can mesmerize boss, political pressure n customer pressure..ETC.. ETC..
