current modi govt. has degraded this company,though it is an government company then also it has no regular posts and compensation is worst in this company they usually take in contract basis and workload is high salary is very low even low than than private companies . I will recommend join a private firm rather than this stupid company #modi-job-do

Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.

Likes

Excellent medical benefits, dedicated club, gym, sports, swimming pool, guest house etc. You do not need to bring work to home. There is no work pressure unless deadline approaches.

Dislikes

Slow growth, no flexibility in timings, 6 day work week, salary hike is very less.
