I was hired for services as Graduate apprentice. In this role more that career growth, compensation it was an opportunity as a beginner to learn about various aspects related to my domain skills, for example to learn about RF PCB's, instruments used, assembly & testing processes involved,

As an opportunity of continuous improvement would like to suggest developing training modules that would instill and enhance invidual skills to have a more structured understanding of work aspects.

...red as incompetent / lazy. 4) HR policies are absurd and designation oriented. 5) Median salary 6) Linear growth instead of exponential.

Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.
