...for ladies. But job security is not there because we are working on casual base. But, there are some other medical benefits and salary is good and on the time. I would like to work again there, if I get chance again.

You skill will mismatch in future while you are opting for other opportunities/job. Plus there is no work culture in BEL.

...r guiding in correct path and getting proper correspondence from suppliers also.when coming to the salary and working hours,the company is less salary for apprentice and it's about 8 hours per a day.

Good work environment. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus. For this pandemic they have taken many precautionary measures for the safety of workers. Overall it feels good to be a part of defence company.

Dislikes

They hire engineers for contract basis no job guarantee for those engineers and management doesn't address our issues.

It's always working with high esteem group of team members, their guidance and guiding us to overcome the problem. Help us in overall development by not just letting us work in stringency, but also have a sneak peek over the work culture of other departments.It has always thought me to be an avid learner and also to stay calm and focused while there are issues to be tackled technically. Though our curriculum knowledge is mostly focused on theory, BEL provides an opportunity to see and have an hands on experience on the systems practically.

Dislikes

We where working in hand on hand with the permanent employee but the compensation was very low. Here all are treated as one, which in times is annoying cause the one who would have put lot more efforts will be less worthwhile.

The company is exposed to good learning and teaching environment to employees as well as To the trainees. Employees are open to every trainee's and povide good knowledge and explanation while working. Company maintain excellent quality standard and 5's principles and provide phenomenal working surroundings. As mentioned in the company logo, as QUALITY, TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION, I strongly believe that it is a better learning environment for fresher. Apart from the working environment, company is embedded with upgraded machines and technologies which will help us to learn new technical terms.

Dislikes

The reason of dissapointment is the salary provided to B.E and diploma trainees is very less as compared to ITI trainees.
